When the letters "http" in the URL change to "https," the "s" indicates you are in a secure area employing SSL.
Please note that e-mail is not encrypted and is not considered to be a secure means of transmitting credit card information.

Web Browsers
The Trendora.com web site is based on a standard html4 strict doctype utilizing table-less design and innovative stylesheet control to bring the best experience to the widest array of browsers.
The web site will require a minimum screen resolution of 1024 x 768 pixels with web browsers Internet Explorer 6 and 7, FireFox 2 and Opera 9 on Windows based PC's and Safari 2 on Mac. Older versions of these browsers and other browsers have not been tested for and are not supported, but may still work - use with caution.

Cookies must be turned on to order from Trendora.com.
Sessions
Sessions must be allowed to sign in to Trendora.com. The most common problem with signing up or in to the site is to have your browser settings to "high" which means that sessions are not allowed.
In the supported web browsers this can be adjusted under browser settings.
In Internet Explorer menu system: Use Tools > Internet Options > Security, and adjust the level to "Medium- High" (default level) or allow sessions in the custom settings.
Spam Filters
Problems with e-mail correspondence (Customer support, Newsletter, Order placement or Order Confirmation) might originate from user spam filters.
Automated e-mails from websites sometimes get stuck in networks- or clients e-mail spam-filter.
Please check your spam filter settings and allow all correspondence from the @trendora.com domain.
