We currently accept VISA, MasterCard and American Express. We shall soon also accept Discover and Diners Club.
Please make sure to enter your exact billing information (first, and last name, middle initial, billing address, and credit card number) as it appears on your credit card statement.
Shipping Countries and Rates
All orders over € 600 to be shipped in Europe are free of charge. Orders outside of Europe over € 1000 are also free of charge. We use Express Shipping via UPS (3-4 days).
Currently Trendora.com is shipping orders within the European Union and select non-EU countries such as the USA and Japan.

Terms & Conditions of Returned Merchandise
Please carefully read our Terms & Conditions below to determine whether your return is eligible for a refund.
Your purchase is shipped brand new.
Items that you return to Trendora.com must be in the same new condition as they were received.
All returned items must be in their original state and deemed to be in unworn condition before they can be accepted for a total refund.
The item must be returned in new and unused condition, in the manufacturer boxes and with all paperwork (this includes warranties and authenticity cards), parts and accessories (including dust bags) to insure full credit.
Nothing should be taped to the box. The shoes or handbag box and any other items must be sent back inside the box received in, if in good condition, or similar a box to prevent any damage.
Do not put your shoebox in an envelope (UPS envelope for example) or simply tape up your shoebox and put an address on it.
This will destroy the box and thus will not be accepted back for return.
Your return of merchandise will not be accepted if it is not sent back in the proper new condition.
Returns not accepted will be disposed of or shipped back to you at your cost.
Worn shoes are not exchangeable or returnable. If you are going to try on the shoes we ask that you wear stockings or socks, and only wear them on carpet.
If the soles are scuffed from trying the shoes on we cannot take them back.
The shoes must be returned in the same condition as they were received. Save the box that the shoes were shipped in!
This is the best packaging to use for returns.
Shoes or bags that have been dyed are not returnable or exchangeable.
Bags and wallets must have all the tags still attached and have not been used or damaged in any way to receive a refund.
We are not responsible for what could happen to the returned items during shipment back.
Return Process
A return must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") number.
To request a RMA number send an e-mail within 5 business days of receiving the merchandise to support@trendora.com with the following information: order number, order date, full name, daytime contact number, item code serial no. (if on the invoice) and give a brief and accurate description of the problem.
Once your information has been received an RMA number will be issued back to you by e-mail within 48 hrs. An RMA is valid once issued for 10 business days.
Refund Period
We will issue a refund notice to our bank within 24 hours of receiving the returned merchandise and it may take up to 10 days for you to see the credit on your card depending on the type of card and the bank.
We will exchange items once the returned item is received unless a new charge is made.
Requirement For RMA Number
A correct and current RMA number must accompany all returned merchandise.
Item(s) returned without a RMA number displayed on the outside of the box will not be opened and will be "Returned to Sender" postage due.
Instructions For Packaging Returns
When shipping an item back for replacement or return, make sure the RMA number is clearly printed on the box.
It is a good idea to write the number on 3 sides of the box.
This allows our receiving department to process it faster.
When packing an item to ship back for RMA, you may use the original shipping package if it is in useable condition.
Additional Customer Information May Be Required
Sometimes the Authorities (such as US Customs) may ask for additional information before releasing the package to the customer.
If customers refuse to give the information requested the package can't be delivered and it will be sent back to our offices.
In this case the shipping costs and duties will be charged to customers.
Restocking Fee & Return Shipping Charges
For all returns Trendora.com will charge a 10% restocking fee of the entire value of the order including shipping.
Trendora.com shall pay the shipping charges for returns if shipping was originally free, if the merchandise is defective or if the order is the result of an error by Trendora.com.
